Compiling our entry provided us with an opportunity to reflect on the achievements and growth we have achieved as a business over the last 15 years.

In particular, the last couple of years have seen us invest significant effort into strengthening our internal business processes and empowering our team to ensure we have a sustainable offer that continues to deliver exceptional service levels to all customers.

We recognise that our customers have a choice and we always aim to exceed their expectations.  We recognise that when a customer selects a clean power solution, their protected electrical load is vital whether its operating theatre equipment, air traffic control or banking systems. We strive to foster professional relationships based on trust with our customers and provide advice on maintenance requirements and life cycle management of their critical equipment.

Strong engagement with our suppliers is crucial to ensuring customers have access to industry leading power quality technology. Our service offering ensures that our customers have access not only to “Best in class” UPS engineers but the confidence that they are supported by the manufacturer with relationships that extend to the product design and engineering level.

Neville Hyde, President of the Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce and Industry says, “Businesses are showing high levels of confidence and some key regional companies and organisations have emerged to contest the awards again this year. There have been a record number of entries for this year’s event,”

Picking category and supreme winners from this line-up of top businesses from the Wellington region will be a tough task for judges of this year’s awards.

Whether we win the Supreme Award or not we are thrilled to have been selected as a finalist and thank our customers, staff and suppliers who have all contributed to this success.
