Padarath’s arrival comes at a time of strong momentum for the business. Following our recent leadership announcement, continuing to expand our capability with technically grounded experts is a core part of our strategy to ensure your operational resilience remains safe for decades to come.

No stranger to complex electrical environments, Jason is an electrical engineer with 12 years of diverse industry experience, he brings a deep wealth of knowledge to our northern clients. Most recently, spending nearly six years with Marque Magnetics in technical sales and support, he specialised in delivering innovative solutions across a range of high-stakes industries.

With additional credentials including a diploma in cybersecurity, Jason possesses a unique capability to understand both the physical electrical infrastructure and the increasingly digital landscape that controls it.

Understanding the Client-Side of Critical Power

What truly sets Jason apart is his comprehensive understanding of client-side operations. He excels at identifying specific business pressures and technical considerations to tailor integrated solutions based on unique operational requirements.

"Having started my career as a graduate engineer with Emerson Network Power (now Vertiv) and progressing to a technical sales role, I am incredibly excited to return to my power continuity roots in critical infrastructure with the team at UPS Power Solutions. The nature of power demand is changing rapidly in New Zealand, and organisations need a partner who can future-proof their operations beyond hardware requirements," says Padarath.
