Another standout year at the Eaton Partner Awards
UPS Power Solutions (UPSPS) is proud to celebrate another successful showing at the recent Eaton Partner Awards in Sydney.
Recognising the achievements of partners across its network and the collective effort that underpins strong customer outcomes, the awards brought together industry leaders and partners to reflect on the past year, share success stories and recognise those who continue to raise the bar across service, innovation and delivery.
Deserved recognition
For UPSPS, the evening was not only a celebration of achievement, but a reminder of the strength of its partnerships and the dedication of its people.
A standout moment on the night was the recognition of Channel Sales Manager, Luana Downing, who was awarded Channel Champion – Distributor.

This accolade reflects Luana’s consistent commitment to going above and beyond for customers and partners alike, as well as her ability to build strong, enduring relationships across the channel.
In a big month for Downing where she also celebrated 5 years with the company, Managing Director Nicky Blackmore says the award is richly deserved.
“Luana’s energy, responsiveness and genuine focus on customer outcomes make her an invaluable part of our team. She embodies what it means to be a trusted partner, and this award is a fantastic reflection of her impact. We are very lucky to have her,” she says.
The team was also delighted to celebrate alongside valued partner Computer Dynamics, who took out the Wholesaler of the Year award.
Strong, aligned partnerships like this play a critical role in ensuring customers receive not only the right products, but the expertise and support needed to deliver successful outcomes.
Sustained performance
The evening was capped off with UPSPS being named Eaton Distributor of the Year for a record sixth time.
This achievement reflects the sustained effort of the entire UPSPS team and a continued focus on delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions.
